Lodging at a Shared Flat is the best option for students who are used to having a greater freedom and total independence. As for all the other options, the Colegio has carefully selected all flats to guarantee students an enjoyable stay.

There are two options to live in a shared flat:

•Option A: Single room

Price per night: 13,00€

•Option B: Double room

Price per night: 11,00€

• Mainly the flats have 2, 3 or 4 rooms and common areas to be shared by all students (bathroom, kitchen, living room).
• Before the arrival of the students, the whole flat will be cleaned, the maintenance of the common areas (bathroom, kitchen, living romm, etc.) and the bedrooms have to be done by the students living at the flat.
• The price of the lodging includes all expenses (water, electricity, gas , heating).
• All flats are fully equipped, therefore students only need to bring towels for their personal use.
• Once in Madrid or Valladolid, students should contact the owners of the flats (the Colegio will send all information on the flat once received the inscription) to let them know their time of arrival.
• On their day of arrival, students will receive a key of the flat, which should be returned upon departure.
