GENERAL CONDITIONS AND APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Application

a)Application: if a student wishes to enrol for any of our courses, he/she shoudl fill out correctly the appliation form or send an email with the application through email or fax (in this last case, he/she should indicate an email address where to send all information).

b) Provisional Inscription: After having sent the application, the student will receive the provisional inscription where the Colegio will indicate the price of the course and other services required. Once the student has accepted the invoice, he/she should make the deposit to confirm his/her inscription in our courses.

c) Payment of the Deposit: Student should send a deposit of 100€ to confim his/her inscription,  This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the invoice.

To pay the deposit we have three options:

• Wire transfer (All expenses to be beared by the student)
• Postal order directly to :

• Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)

In all cases, the student should send through email or fax a copy of the payment done.  The outstanding amount of the invoice should be paid before arrival or during the first three days of course.

 d) Enrolment: Once the deposit or the full amount of the invoice has been paid for, the enrolment in the course chosen is completely confirmed.

Minors

If students are minor of age, parents or legal guardians should contact the Administration of the Colegio. In case they need lodging, they must stay with a host family.

General Conditions

1. To enrol for any of our course, students should follow the instructions indicated in the Point Application.
2. The payment of the deposit should be done during the next ten days after having received the Provisional Confirmation. In case payment is not done, the Colegio is entitled to cancel the enrolment. This deposit will be deducted from the invoice.
3. The total amount of the invoice should be paid by Wire Transfer (indicating the name of the student) before arrival, using Credit Card or in Cash during the first three days of the course. All expenses of commissions, etc, should be beared by the student.  The invoice should be paid in euros.
4. The Colegio is entitled to cancel any enrolment of students who show an inadequate behaviour with any possibility of refund.
5. If a student wishes to cancel the course and lets us know 20 before starting the course, the Colegio will refund the following amounts:

• If you have only paid for the deposit: the Colegio will refund you 50% of the deposit.
• If you have paid for the course (deposit + outstanding invoice): the Colegio will refund 50% of the deposit and 100% of the rest of the payment of the course.
• If you let us know less than 20 days before starting the course, you will lose 100% of the deposit and the Colegio will refund 100% of the rest of the invoice.
• Once the course has started, students are not entitled to cancel their inscription nor will they be able to get any refund.

If a student has asked to obtain a visa after having realized the payment and this visa would be denied, the Colegio will refund the total of the amount paid, discounting the bank expenses.  Student should send the Colegio a proof of the denial. 

The price of the Course includes:

• Class Material (books not included)
• Attendance to some of the cultural activities.
• Attendance Certificate at the end of the course.

Contract Terms

The acceptance of these terms indicates the acceptnace of the above mentionned conditions, in acoordance to the civil common law for the lease of service and the regulation of consumer rights, in particular with the Law  82/95 of the Junta de Castilla y León and the Law 26/84 in defense of the consumers and users.

Those details are exclusively administered and will only be used for the Administration of the Company. In accordance to the law  15/1999, of Data Protection of Personal Character, with a commercial and contractual relationship united to the company, we inform you that you have the right to access, rectify or cancel your personal details.
