Our school offers several options so that you will not only enjoy a maximum quality course but also comfortable and centric accommodation in Salamanca. We offer several options for the accommodation.
Accommodation in host families
Make the most of your course while enjoying the hospitality of a host family.
If you feel like having a unique experience and a complete immersion into the language, staying with a Spanish host family is the best option; you will be able to practice your Spanish with native speakers, meet new persons and get to know customs and taste typical Spanish dishes.
All our host families have been collaborating with us for many years and make a great effort to guarantee you a pleasant stay, making you feel at home.
Formula A
Single room and full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

More information
- On your first day, the host family will give you a key, you can enjoy full independence (you will not have any curfews), except if you are underage and do not have the authorization of your parents or legal guardians.
- The host family will inform you on the timetables for meals upon arrival. If for any reason, you would not attend any of the meals, you should inform your host family.
- Laundry and ironing service is not included in the price of your accommodation. If you wish to have your laundry done, you should inform your host family.
Important: If you have any type of allergy, illness, etc., which you consider relevant, you should indicate this when sending the enrollment and inform your host family. Students who ask for a special meals (vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, halal, etc.) must pay a supplement of 2.00€ per night. Placement charge 39,00€.
Private flat
Enjoy the unique experience to live in the city centre of Salamanca in one of our private flats.
The accommodation at a Private Flat or Bedsitter is the best option if you wish to have a complete privacy during your stay in Salamanca.
Our private flats mainly have one or two bedrooms (they can have more) for your full enjoyment, by yourself or with others.
Most of these accommodation have been recently renovated and have new, comfortable and functional furniture.
At your private flat you will find:
Bed linen (eiderdown and blankets), towels for personal use and a fully equipped kitchen.
Most of the private flats have Internet (WIFI).
Some of these accommodations offer parking lots and allow pets.
If you wish to have any of these options (parking lot or pets allowed), you should request beforehand. Placement charge 39,00€.
University Residence
Practice your Spanish while enjoying with your roommates at a Residence.
The University Residences allow you to interact with Spanish students studying at the University of Salamanca (USAL) or at the Pontifical University of Salamanca (UPSA) and you will be able to practice your Spanish and enjoy a full linguistic and cultural immersion.
The University Residences offer different options for the accommodation which will adjust to your necessities:
Single or double rooms with private or shared bathrooms.
Meal services included.
Option to use the shared kitchen to prepare your own meals.
Common areas with laptops, TV, free WIFI, etc.
